| 1. CONFERENCE FORMAT |
|
There will be no splinter sessions during the conference. Every effort will be made to accommodate as many papers as possible for oral presentations. Poster sessions will be organized and time allocated for poster presentations and discussion. We recommend that posters be used to complement papers with more descriptive and/or visual information but authors are invited to indicate their personal preference in this matter. |

The working language of the conference will be English. There will be no simultaneous translation. |

Authors who would like to present a paper must submit a one-page abstract (that can contain figures, photographs, and references) as an attached pdf file of an email to secretariat ( yokota@mech.kobe-u.ac.jp) no later than GMT midnight on November 30, 2010. See the submission guidelines below.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee and authors will be notified by January 31, 2011, on the outcome of the review process. If you are not contacted by this date, please contact us. |
